Domain Data Stewards (one per bounded context), RACI for the 8-step SOP, decision rights matrix, and voting mechanics grounded in the Articles.

Data quality framework
Six dimensions — accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, validity. Per-claim measurement; quarterly reporting via the Accreditation Directory.
Data security framework
KYC/KYB, DID key management, signature verification, revocation, audit logging. Policy + checklist + audit profile per control.
