DPMSG working groups
The Digital Property Market Steering Group does its substantive work through six working groups. OPDA leads or co-leads four of them. Each group has a remit and a folder of materials in the archive.

Six DPMSG working groups feed Steering. OPDA-led groups are highlighted in the table below.
The six groups
| Group | Remit | OPDA role | Materials |
|---|---|---|---|
| Steering | Governance body — meets monthly, takes formal decisions, allocates work to the other five groups. | OPDA Chair (Maria Harris) sits on it. | steering-group/materials/ |
| Comms & PR | External narrative, press, member-facing communications, Smart Data report contributions. | OPDA-led. Output includes the DPMSG Data Standards Interoperability Spring 2025 report. | working-groups/comms-pr/ |
| Engagement | Stakeholder management — members, government, industry. Runs the monthly all-member update. | OPDA-led. Produces the monthly all-member update slide decks. | working-groups/engagement/ |
| Policy | Public-policy positioning — DMCC implementation, MHCLG consultation responses, Smart Data Scheme design submissions. | OPDA contributes; chaired in rotation. | working-groups/policy/ |
| Regulator | Engagement with regulators — FCA, ICO, NTSELAT (and its successor), CLC, SRA, RICS, CILEx Regulation. | OPDA participates; CLC takes the lead given its sandbox role. | working-groups/regulator/ |
| Technical | The substantive standards work — schemas, OpenAPI, accreditation criteria, conformance test suites. | OPDA-led. Owns the @pdtf/schemas package and the trust-framework spec repo. |
