The prototype
The Moverly + OPDA prototype source code is in the cloned

directory — a Firebase-backed Node.js application with a React front end.
The repo has its own CLAUDE.md in case you want a developer-friendly walkthrough.
Why it mattered
Three things. First, it was the first government-recognised endorsement of PDTF as a viable Smart Data sector standard, validating the schema design for that programme. Second, it forced a working end-to-end demo across both property-pack and identity use cases — exercising parts of the spec that had only been theoretical. Third, the post-prize follow-up documents (Smart-Data-Challenge-Prize-*) include the cost & timings evidence that's been re-used in subsequent MHCLG and DSIT submissions.
